To upgrade from a Free to a Premium account, you need to get money to me! ^__^
You have two ways to do that. Well, three if you're brave (or stupid).
1. Print THIS order form out. Fill it out and write me a check or money order made out to "Mark C. Graham". Then mail it to:

Don't forget to mention your Username so I can credit your account properly.
2. Pay with Mastercard or Visa using PayPal by entering your username below and clicking the PayPal button: $25.00 US
There's a darn good reason why you are seeing PayPal on more and more sites these days... They offer a great product and take a very low percentage! I highly recommend it. When paying via PayPal, be sure and mention your Username so I can credit your payment correctly.
3. Send me $25 cash (US Dollars Only!) in the mail.
This is the brave and stupid way. Every K-Mart and 7-Eleven sell money orders. Don't be stupid and send cash. However, if I DO receive an envelope with $25 stuffed inside, at LEAST mention your Username in the envelope so I can credit you properly. I recently received foreign money from a user. I am at this time still unable to convert it to US Dollars. I can't accept foreign notes for subscription. If you send me foreign money, I'll do my best but no guarantees.
Subscribing to Premium access in World at War in no way guarantees any kind of quality of play. Server down-time and/or internet lag (if any) does not warrant a full or even a partial refund. The owner of World at War has absolute authority, and your membership can be revoked for instances of cheating, multiple accounts, or unruly in-game conduct without a membership refund. In short, behave and play fair. The owner of World at War will make every effort to provide the best user experience possible but cannot guarantee such.
